Astro Shastri Ji lets you talk to independent astrologers by chat, audio and video, book scheduled sessions, and use free astrology tools such as kundli, panchang, matching and numerology. Astrologers are independent professionals; we provide the platform, payments and support.

Astrology readings and tool results are for guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice and do not guarantee any outcome. Please make important decisions with the help of qualified professionals. You are responsible for how you use any guidance you receive.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide a working phone number, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the Service.

Consultations are paid per minute from your in-app wallet. You add money to the wallet through our payment partner (Razorpay or Cashfree Payments); we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are shown in Indian rupees; GST is charged as required by law and shown on your invoice.

Wallet balance is for use on the Service only and is not a bank account or a prepaid payment instrument. Promotional bonus credit has no cash value and may carry conditions shown with the offer.

Some astrologers offer a free introductory period (the length is shown in the app). It applies once per customer for each astrologer, and may be limited or withdrawn. The free time is not charged to you.

Booked sessions are paid in advance from your wallet. Sharing phone numbers, links or other contact details to take a conversation off the platform, abusive or unlawful behaviour, and recording a session without consent are not allowed. Astrologers must give honest, respectful guidance and may not promise cures, miracles or guaranteed results.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ratings and reviews come from customers who completed a consultation. We may hide a review that is abusive, spam or about the wrong astrologer. Testimonials shown on the site are feedback customers have shared with us and are shown separately from verified reviews.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrologers’ guidance or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
