Delete your Astro Shastri Ji account

You can permanently delete your Astro Shastri Ji account and its personal data at any time, from the app, from this page, or by email.

Ways to delete

  1. In the app: open the Astro Shastri Ji app → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
  2. On this page: sign in below with your phone number and confirm.
  3. By email: write to support@astroshastriji.com with the subject “Delete my account” and your registered phone number. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

Delete now

Deleted immediately

  • Phone number, name and gender
  • Birth date, time and place
  • Saved kundli profiles
  • Your chat messages
  • AI readings, questions and dream entries
  • Journal entries and notifications
  • Your sign-in record with Firebase
  • Your name on reviews (shown as “Deleted user”)

Kept, without your identity

  • Payment, GST invoice and wallet transaction records — kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require
  • Consultation and booking records (date, duration, charges) needed for those accounts
  • Review ratings and text

Copies in server backups are removed within 7 days. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited.
